i think volcom pretty much just fell for 1 of those chain things where its like. Gimme your steam id and password cause like if you dont then ur account will be shut down. i got 1 of those and i got another saying to go to a page that looked exactly like steam.

haha, I remember i used to do that shit a long time ago and i was really surprised how stupid some people were.

You know you can get your account back if you contact steam, right?

All you have to do is give them your CD key or tell them your account's username and then give them the credit card # it was purchased with.

Yeah, then you activated your steam account and stuff with a CD-key, right?

All you have to do is make another account and enter that CD-key again. It will transfer all your games to your new account and remove them from your old on. Or at least i think thats how it used to work.

It might have been changed around to now you have to open a support thread and stuff, but if u still have the actual cd-key paper you are alright.

If you lost it then you are SOL (shit-outta-luck).
