Voteban & Votekick in Hosties #2

Alot of people don't follow rules and hardly ever are any admins on the #2 hosties server.

We need voteban & votekick added to it.

I can help you and midget single out the abusers. Extreme Death is a great example. He comes into the server, goes to the wall, I give him literally 10 seconds to drop his gun...and then I get votebanned. Andy, I would rather have to deal with the overreactive ones than the ignorant-rule breaker ones.
