New forum: black listed people!

we need a forum to post all names of people who do something bad and continue but i know theres ban appeal but we need one to black list ppl who do: i am currently watching three players closely: sgt gregg, and teh something thx

and last guy ?¿•̪̀●{QK}๖ۣۜD®þ? was chucking nades after i specifiacally type this message:no nades at all smoke grenades are ok but terrorists who give up and hide in can be shot in 5 secs, only scout! as snipe or ban!
i repeated that several times but he continued
and warned him loads ask penetratorm and moon and other guys on server for more need more names ask me

i am now modding for u guys if thats ok
