New Rule for Assholes.

Hey, I know that not too many admins are on the hosties server. I have come up with something that might help. If an asshole is on our server and he's not stopping whatever he's doing wrong, you should:
1) Tell either me or midget.
2) After you tell us, and we are aware of him/her, inform the asshole that an admin is aware of his ware abouts.
3) If he stops being an ass, good for him.
4) If he continues, tell them that im gonna ban the fuck outa him...

Add 2 or more witnesses as well.

again with my suggestion, ppl/admin should bind a key to "status" so they can get an asshole's steam id, especially if he kills everyone and leaves really quick.
